Review

Scenario

I have been asked to pick 3 categories and this was my options entertainment, seasons, sports, religious, education, parks and leisure and science. I picked Entertainment, seasons and sports. I picked these ones I thought I could get a good bit verity of pictures that would suit the categories. I took these photos in my home town. I was also asked to get a scanned image of something that has got to do with the same categories and theses  are the were the following pictures I took and scanned

·   Name one strength of the images previewed.

The images provided by Niall are well edited. He has shown that he has familiarized himself with Adobe Photoshop by applying different editing techniques e.g. Filter technique which gave a totally different feel to some of his images.

 

·         Name one Weakness of the images previewed.

Niall could put a little more work into inserting more text to his images by labeling each e.g. Seasons, Entertainment, Religion etc. depending on what theme he has chosen.

 

·         Comment on the Quality of graphics

·        

In my opinion the quality of the graphics is perfect; however I would increase the resolution of the images so the level of detail on them is more visible.

 

·         Are the images suitable for purpose. (e.g used for the tourism booklet)

Niall has presented the images absolutely suitable for the purpose of his chosen themes.

 

                       

·         What do you think of the use of Typography or Imagery used.

Unfortunately, Niall haven’t included any text in his images and due to this fact I cannot judge on the typography, but I think that the different variety of images Niall has used and edited to present each theme he has chosen fulfill the task.

 

After Feedback

For my feedback i was asked to put in a bit of text so i just just the freehand draw tool.

it by adding effects such as: shadow and outer glow. Finally I have cropped the image a little by using the Crop tool. i used this for all 3 of my images.
